CCES Volunteers- HELP WANTED!

Volunteers are needed to help in all aspects of the CCES Community. The following are pre-set days and times where volunteers are needed. Special notices will be emailed out (or notices sent home with your children) when volunteers are needed in other areas.

Healthy School Crew

A team will meet every Wednesday and Friday after school to wipe down doors, water spickets, desk and etc. to maintain a "Germ Free" environment. If you are able to help on any Monday, Wednesday or Friday, please email us  or contact Kathy Holden personally.

Library Committee

A library committee will meet every Wednesday from 3PM to 5PM to help maintain the library. Duties will include reshelf books, tape book bindings as needed, sort and restack, etc. The library is undergoing some changes with a new barcode system and as soon as it is ready to go, any help we can get will be very appreciated. It will be a huge task to barcode all the books and set-up the computer system...but it will be well worth it in the end! Please contact JoEllen Linville to help out.

Also- our children visit the library every Thursday, if you would like to be "Librarian" all day or half day...please let us know!

Paper Helpers

Parent Volunteers are always needed (on a daily basis) to help copy, staple, sort and laminate papers for individual classrooms. We currently have a few consistent volunteers who handle this, but we would like to be able to have some fill ins so that they do not get overwhelmed, berceuse this is an everyday task! Please contact any of your PTO officers if you can help in this area.
